The Wine Cave

We are proud to welcome you to Vingrotten – our own wine cellar carved into the rock behind the restaurant. Here, in naturally cool surroundings influenced by the sea air, we store over 8,000 carefully selected bottles of wine from all over the world, with a particular focus on wines that harmonize with seafood.

During dinner, capacity permitting, you can join a guided tour of this unique cellar. All our guests are welcome to explore the wine cellar accompanied by one of our sommeliers.

The wine list is intended as an overview and inspiration. With an extensive and dynamic selection, we reserve the right to make changes and subject to availability.

Wine is normally selected in the restaurant. For companies and larger groups, a separate overview of available wines is used, and wine selections must be clarified well in advance of the visit to ensure availability.
