At our restaurant, the dining experience is based on the same values as the rest of the restaurant. The ingredients come from the sea around us, the menus are shaped by the season and the weather, and each meal is put together on the same day based on the catch of the day and availability.
For companies, we offer several menu options, all with seafood as the main ingredient and with room for both formal dinners and more informal gatherings.
Our company menus
5-course meteorological menu
This is our signature and main experience. The menu consists of five courses based on the season's best ingredients from the sea and coast. Each menu is put together on the same day by the kitchen, giving guests a complete and comprehensive dinner where both the pace and content are tailored to the occasion.
The Seafood Tower is a unique menu experience and is served as a main course. The tower consists of a wide selection of seafood, such as lobster, crab, shrimp, and shellfish, depending on the season and availability. This is a social and informal meal where guests share and enjoy the food together around the table.
The seafood bar can be chosen as an introduction to the evening before the main menu is served. Guests are served small samples of seafood, presented at a more leisurely pace, while the chef shares stories about ingredients, preparation, and Norwegian seafood traditions.
3-course menu for groups
For groups of at least 20 people, we also offer a 3-course menu, put together according to the same principles as the meteorological menu.
