The main course is a signature experience – the meteorological menu consists of five dishes adapted to the season, the weather of the day, and the chef's inspiration. The dishes will include both fish and shellfish, as well as a seasonal dessert.
The price is NOK 1,695, including boat trip (NOK 1,395 if you have your own boat)
Seafood bar as a starter
Before the main meal, you can start the evening with a short tasting experience in the Seafood Bar. Here, small samples of seafood are served, prepared using traditional techniques such as smoking, salting, and drying. The session lasts about 20 minutes and is led by a chef, who talks about the ingredients, methods, and Norwegian food culture.

Shellfish tower

For those who love shellfish, there is a special option: Meteorological Shellfish Tower (min. 2 people) with oysters, scallops, shrimp, crayfish, crab, and lobster. The restaurant's signature soup is also included.
