During the Bergen Food Festival, Cornelius Sjømatbar will be moving into the backyard of our sister restaurant, Le Mathis.
The hosts from Cornelius will serve a selection of delicious small plates featuring seafood and the best seasonal ingredients. We will also be joined by Salomée Hervé, a fourth-generation member of the French family-owned business Huîtres Hervé.

Experience a taste of Cornelius right in the heart of Bergen. In the backyard at Le Mathis, we serve small plates featuring seafood and the best seasonal ingredients.
We’ll also be joined by Salomée Hervé, a fourth-generation member of the family-owned business Huîtres Hervé. Since 1939, the family has been producing high-quality oysters for some of the world’s leading chefs, hotels, and restaurants.
