For us, sustainability is about much more than just words. It is part of the experience you get as a guest – from the ingredients we choose to the way we work every single day.

Locally sourced, fresh and authentic
We source our ingredients locally and work closely with suppliers in the surrounding area. The result is seasonal menus, fresh flavors and a smaller carbon footprint.

We make full use of our ingredients
Food waste is minimal. The menus are designed to make optimal use of the ingredients, and the kitchen works creatively to use as much as possible of what we buy.

Modern and paperless operations
The administration is largely paperless, which means less waste and a more efficient, digital workflow.

Small choices – big difference
We make sustainable choices wherever we can, every day. This means that dining with us is also a more responsible choice for the environment.
